MAISON IN A DOMAINE,  NEAR  FAYENCE  –  VAR

Number 44 is an air-conditioned, two bedroomed house in Residence Le Sextant,  about 5 mins from the hill top market town of Fayence.  The town  is  charming & unspoiled with a thriving  Provencal market  on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.

The house is well appointed, having a sitting room, with extra fold down bed and indoor dining table, as well as television (with French reception & DVD).  The kitchen, has two fridges, electric hob, oven/grill and microwave and a dishwasher. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with two single beds which can be put together and the other with queen size bed.  Also is the bathroom (and washing machine).  Linen and towels are provided.

There is no telephone.

The garden has shady areas and is equipped with  sun loungers, large dining table, chairs, electric barbeque, etc.  Outside the garden are the secured swimming pools, tennis courts & boules, making it an ideal family holiday house.

The parking is  secured as the area is gated  electronically.

The area has outstanding natural features for sporting, including water sports at Lac St Cassien & golf at Le  Terre Blanche.  Ski resorts are about an hour away.  The residence is also next to the Domaine de Fayence with it’s spa and restaurant a less than five minute walk away. Other restaurants abound in the area, and amongst the delightful hilltop villages which surround Fayence.

The ancient port of Frejus is 45 minutes away as is the airport at Nice.  The  Italian border 1 hour.
