Challenge Chillington
Race Challenge Chillington with Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation here at Chillington Hall, for exclusive access to our private estate on Sunday, June 14th 2026!
The charity is taking over the estate to host an incredible running event, Challenge Chillington where runners can take on 5k, 10k, or 16k courses, or for those more junior amongst run clubs, there is also a Junior Race!
Runners at Challenge Chillington can expect a mix of trails winding through the estate which includes ancient woodlands, farmland tracks and vast open fields. As runners start and finish, with the backdrop of Chillington Hall, all routes will take them around the estate, crossing picturesque stone bridges, running through English bluebells, and if you’re in luck, there is the chance of sighting of deer and muntjac too!
All distances are chip-timed and with these new, untouched courses, there are new PB’s and Strava splits to be had! On race morning, register with the Roy Castle team to gather your race bib with timing chip, before heading to the start line for an opportunity to warm-up. Each distance has a specific start time, with the longer distance 16k runners heading off at the front of the pack.
There will be parking onsite for a small donation, toilets and hot/cold drinks and snacks available to buy.
For those interested to register and take part, follow the link https://roycastle.org/event/challenge-chillington/
For non-runners, please bring along your friends and family to spectate and add to the atmosphere onsite!
